Delivery fee, delivery area, and delivery time are set by each restaurant and shown on that restaurant's own page before you pay. This page covers only Table Foundry's own role in making delivery happen.
1. Who actually delivers
Table Foundry doesn't operate its own delivery fleet. Each restaurant on the platform either runs its own delivery staff, or uses delivery riders dispatched through Table Foundry's delivery-network infrastructure — which restaurant uses which is shown on that restaurant's own Delivery Policy.
2. Table Foundry's role, where rider dispatch is used
- For restaurants using Table Foundry's rider-dispatch network, Table Foundry's software books and coordinates a delivery rider once a restaurant accepts an order.
- The restaurant remains responsible for having the order ready for pickup, and for the food itself.
- The rider network is responsible for picking up and delivering the order to the address given at checkout.
- Table Foundry coordinates between these; it does not itself prepare, pack or hand over food.
3. Delivery fee, area and time
These are set per restaurant, since they depend on that restaurant's location and delivery arrangement — see the specific restaurant's own Delivery Policy, linked from its page, before you order.
4. Delivery issues
A problem with a specific delivery — late arrival, a rider who couldn't find the address, a mishandled handover — should first be raised with the restaurant you ordered from, via their page; they coordinate with the rider network on your behalf. If a platform-level issue is involved (for example, the rider-dispatch system itself), the restaurant can escalate it to Table Foundry directly.
5. Contact
For the platform's own delivery infrastructure specifically, see the contact details on our Terms & Conditions page. For a specific delivery, contact the restaurant.
