1. What Table Foundry is

Table Foundry is a brand of MSM Global Consulting Private Limited. Table Foundry builds and runs the ordering software that lets independent restaurants take orders directly from diners — this page, the menu pages, checkout, and the account you log into with an OTP.

Table Foundry does not sell food and is not a party to the sale of food between you and a restaurant. Each restaurant on this platform is its own independent business, responsible for its own menu, prices, food quality, delivery and customer service.

2. Two different sets of terms

• This page — Table Foundry's own terms, covering only what Table Foundry itself does: running the software, the platform fee, and this platform-level account.
• Each restaurant's own Terms, at that restaurant's own ordering page (for example an address like order.tablefoundry.co.in/<restaurant>/terms) — covering the actual food order: price, quality, delivery, cancellation and refunds for that specific order. You agree to those terms separately, each time you order, at checkout.

3. Browsing partner restaurants

This page lists restaurants currently active on Table Foundry. You can browse any restaurant's menu without logging in. A restaurant appearing here means it currently has an active Table Foundry ordering page — it isn't a recommendation, review or endorsement of the restaurant by Table Foundry.

4. Logging in

• You can browse every restaurant's menu without logging in.
• To place an order, you confirm your mobile number with a one-time password (OTP) sent by WhatsApp or SMS.
• That login works the same way across every restaurant on Table Foundry — you don't create a separate account per restaurant.
• Any order placed after an OTP login on your number is treated as placed by you. Please don't share your OTP with anyone.

5. Table Foundry's platform fee

Table Foundry charges its own separate, disclosed platform fee for the use of its checkout — currently shown at checkout, where applicable — see the specific restaurant's page for the figure that applies to your order — shown as its own line at checkout, before you pay, on top of whatever the restaurant charges for the food itself. This fee belongs to Table Foundry, not the restaurant, and may be received directly from the payment gateway as part of the same transaction. Table Foundry takes no percentage commission on your food total — the platform fee is the only amount Table Foundry itself adds.

Whether this fee applies, and its exact amount, can change — the figure shown at checkout for your specific order is always the one that applies.

6. Payments

Online payments across the platform are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator, using Razorpay Route to split each payment between the restaurant and Table Foundry's own platform fee as part of the same transaction. Your card, UPI and bank details are handled only by Razorpay — neither the restaurant nor Table Foundry sees or stores them.

7. Cancellations, refunds and delivery

Food-order cancellations, refunds and delivery are set by each restaurant and covered on that restaurant's own pages, since they depend on that restaurant's kitchen, delivery arrangement and policies. Table Foundry's own refund policy — covering only Table Foundry's platform fee, not the food itself — is at Refund Policy. Table Foundry's role in delivery, where applicable, is at Delivery Policy.

8. Our responsibility

• Table Foundry is responsible for running this software properly, its own platform fee, and how it handles your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Table Foundry is not responsible for food quality, safety, pricing, delivery, or how a restaurant handles a complaint about its own order — that responsibility sits with the restaurant, under its own Terms.
• Nothing in these terms reduces your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law.
• Apart from what the law says can't be limited, Table Foundry's own liability under these terms is limited to any platform fee you paid on the order in question.

9. Fair use

Please don't: try to break, overload, scrape or copy this platform or its software; use bots or scripts against it; or abuse, threaten or harass restaurant staff, riders, or Table Foundry's own support team through it. Repeated abuse of a number may result in that number being refused service across the platform.

10. Complaints about the platform itself

For a problem with the software itself — the page won't load, an OTP doesn't arrive, checkout is stuck, or a platform-fee issue — contact Table Foundry directly at the support address on this site. For anything about a specific order — the food, delivery, or that order's refund — contact the restaurant you ordered from, via its own page.

We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. This doesn't affect your right to file a complaint with the consumer commission where you live or work, as the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 allows, or to use the e-Daakhil portal (edaakhil.nic.in), or to contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version is posted here with a new date and version number. This page is separate from — and can change independently of — any individual restaurant's own Terms.
